The PMP certification recognizes professionals who have attained the knowledge and experience to oversee all aspects of project management including initiation, scheduling, quality, procurement, and communications issues.
This course is designed to review the PMBOK (Project Management Institutes Body of Knowledge) and other related test material in preparation for taking the PMP certification test. A review of the 5 processes ( Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, and Close ) and 9 knowledge areas (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communications, Risk, and Procurement) are included. Reference books, test tips, supplemental study material and practice test are included.
